Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital product (e.g., PLR bundle, mockup, or GPT tool) is purchased and delivered, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be issued.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• The product file is corrupt or defective and cannot be accessed.

• You were charged in error (duplicate purchase).

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@digitalboulevard.io with proof of issue. We will verify and, if applicable, provide a replacement file or refund.

Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the software and tools you use (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are compatible with our digital products. We do not provide refunds for incompatibility.
